Due to rapid expansion and the company target of operating through a further 10 communities by the end of 2009, they urgently require Team Leaders to manage the teams responsible for each community. Each language has a team consisting of 3+ Community Managers and a spread of freelancers. Your responsibility as Team Leader will be to manage between 3 and 5 of these teams with the goal of helping them reach their targets, improving their skills and ultimately delivering the highest quality products to each community. Each team has 3 core tasks; localisation and quality assurance, managing and moderating their community and recruiting and leading their own teams of 20-40 skilled freelancers.
