Senior HR Business Partner - based in London with travel required Newport, Peterborough and Liverpool. My high-profile client seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead a team of HR Business Partners and work directly with senior operational managers in their area to support the delivery of business objectives. As the ideal candidate you will be tasked with delivering the following criteria: - Lead a team of HR Business Partners that will deliver an HR service to clients. - Work directly with senior managers to improve leadership and management capability and to embed desired cultural change. - Work directly with senior managers to develop workforce and development plans that will achieve business objectives. - Collaborate with clients and HR Centres of Expertise and Strategy & Planning to ensure that all people issues are dealt with effectively and in accordance with client policy. - Contribute to or lead the development of HR policies and processes. - Act as the lead for HR in the deployment of new policies and initiatives. - Act as an escalation point for the resolution of complex HR issues.
