Hundreds of IT jobs to be created

IT and technology company Wipro is set to create hundreds of new jobs when it opens a new facility near London.
The company is planning a new regional software development facility outside London in the south-east, reports ZD Net.
Wipro currently has a base in Reading at which it plans to increase the number of jobs by 200 to make it reach full capacity.
Once this centre is full, the company plans to open another delivery centre in a UK city, with locations like Edinburgh, Birmingham and Warwick currently being considered.
It is thought the office will be opened in the next one to two years, according to the website.
The company hopes to make use of government tax incentives by creating a large number of jobs in the centres.
Wipro recently announced plans to expand the company in both the US and Europe and is looking to acquire a company in Germany.
