Legal firm to launch recruitment programme

Legal firm Thring Townsend Lee & Pemberton has revealed its plans to launch a recruitment programme.
The Bath-based firm has secured new premises in the city and also recruited two new partners in the last week, reports thelawyer.com.
Managing partner Thomas Sheppard told the website that the firm is also aiming to double its London office to focus more on private client and commercial work.
He added that the firm is looking to "ramp up" its future recruitment campaigns.
"We want to build a strong advisory practice," said Mr Sheppard.
"We're recruiting and ¬investing, which is against the market trend right now."
Thelawyer.com recently reported that the UK's top 30 law firms had seen a profit per equity partner increase of 92.7 per cent since 2000.
