Telecommunication and telesales roles 'toughest to get'

New data has shown the toughest jobs in which to find employment in Australia.
A study by Seek Intelligence found that data acquired during August showed that the telecommunications and telesales sectors are the hardest for people to find roles in.
iTnews.com reports that telecommunications jobs in Queensland was found to be the most competitive in the country, with those living in New South Wales and South Australia found to have the hardest fight to get a call centre position.
The Seek Employment index also found that number of job advertisements to applications rose by 0.2 per cent across the country during August, the first time the index had risen since November 2007.
Airline Virgin Blue recently announced plans to build a new base at Sydney Airport, which would create up to 1,000 jobs and bring over $10 million (£4,673 million) into the local economy.
