Synnex expands Brisbane warehouse space

Synnex Australia has announced it is to expand its operations in Brisbane, creating more job opportunities with the firm.
The business services company is to relocate to a new premises - more than double the size of its previous warehouse - in the suburb of Lytton.
Glen Slata, Brisbane state sales manager for Synnex Australia told CRN: "We've actually outgrown our current premises so we were in need of more warehouse space and also more space for our sales team as well.
"The new warehouse gives us more than double the previous warehouse and the office space is also substantially larger which will cater for increasing staff numbers."
The company has expanded its sales team during the last few months and is hoping to appoint more staff before the end of the year, he added.
As well as improving its logistics capability, the larger warehouse will enable the company to increase stockholding, Synnex said.
