HR training specialist receives accreditation

Accreditation for in-house professional training programmes has been awarded to sector training specialist HR +.
The company is now able to run skills training programmes for consultants that will lead to nationally recognised qualifications administered by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), Online Recruitment reports.
Currently held by over 15,000 HR professionals across the country, those with the REC's Certificate in Recruitment Practice can use the letters CertRP after their name to show their qualified status.
Judith Armatage, the REC's director of professional development, said she is "thrilled" that the company has joined the organisation's accredited scheme.
"Its training programme is comprehensive and truly embeds the core values and culture of the organisation," she remarked.
Meanwhile, the Adecco Institute recently claimed that talent management is set to be the top priority of human resources professionals.
According to the company, finding, developing and keeping talent will be more important than filling vacancies in the future.
