It has been revealed that up to 50 jobs are set to be created on Edinburgh's Tram project.
Bilfinger Berger, the construction company behind the £500 million project, has revealed that a number of roles are needed to be filled.
The positions include engineers, foremen, quantity surveyors, project managers and environmental advisors.
Edinburgh's Tram project is currently the largest infrastructure project in Scotland and has employed 70 people to date.
Richard Walker, managing director of Bilfinger Berger, said that the firm was now in a position to "ramp up our recruitment".
"The Edinburgh Tram project is one of the most exciting and challenging infrastructure developments currently happening anywhere in the UK," he added.
US yacht building firm Palmer Johnson recently told the Daily Echo that it was searching for up to 800 tradesmen for its new site in Southampton.
