An IT company is set to create hundreds of jobs in Bangor over the next three years.
McKesson, which is to deliver a new integrated human resources and payroll system to the NHS, will create more than 300 posts at its operations centre in the city.
The US-based firm currently employs 30,000 people across the world and has revenues in excess of £50 billion.
Ieuan Wyn Jones, minister for the economy and transport, said he is "delighted that a world-renowned company like McKesson is investing in Wales".
"It is excellent news for Wales and north Wales in particular as such a large number of jobs will provide a very significant boost for the local economy," he added.
McKesson's Bangor office on Parc Menai is to manage the day-to-day running of the NHS Electronic Staff Record system on behalf of NHS trusts which opt to outsource their HR and payroll activity.
The investment has been supported by a grant aid from the Assembly Government.
