Oracle Functional Consultant, c £30k , Northern Ireland. Oracle Functional Consultant required to work for a leading IT Services organisation based in Northern Ireland. You must be able to work to define and deliver major functional projects/strategies/architectures, demonstrating an understanding of the customers business and commercial issues and contribute key insights. All successful candidates will go through the security clearance process as part of the condition of employment. Skills Required Expert knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite Experience of design and configuration of all aspects of Oracle Payroll, including, but not exclusively, Procurement, Financials, HRMS, Projects and Payroll Elements, Fast Formulae, Occupational Absence Schemes (eg OSP/OMP), Element Links, RetroPay, Compensation Workbench, Expenses (through Payroll elements), Payroll Testing (including Parallel Running) and Live Cut-over Strategies, Data Thorough business process knowledge, including PAYE, NI, SSP/SMP, Court Orders and Student Loans Leadership Client Facing Able to liaise with senior management Experience of several Oracle modules Demonstrate knowledge of new up and coming technologies. Helpdesk Engineer We are currently looking for Helpdesk Engineers for a short term fix term contract to cover busy period of 24th August- 30th of October. Respond to incoming calls as part of customer services team in a timely manner to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met Process incoming calls in an appropriate and efficient manner Plan and prioritize call fixes according to SLA's Ensure calls are escalated to the correct second and third level teams when necessary Pass calls to third party companies that are out of the contractual scope Escalate customer dissatisfaction or excessive repeat calls to Service Desk Manager Provide customers with accurate information Monitor calls that are in their individual queue Take responsibility for individual part of Service Desk documentation to provide updates to colleagues when available Understand relationship between customers, client, third party companies and Service Desk Experience of working in a similar role in an IT environment Customer service skills essential Experience working on a Service Desk Telephone Skills IT knowledge, Computer degree/HND preferred Proactively find projects that when completed will make the call logging system more efficient

Wintel Systems Engineer The responsibilities will include: - Monitoring, support and maintenance of Wintel Infrastructure within the EMEA region including NT4 Master Account Domain, Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory, WINS, TEARS, FTP & GDS Servers, ensuring that they are kept fully operational and in full compliance with all aspects of Information Security and Operational Standards at all times, escalating any exceptions/issues to the EMEA Wintel Infrastructure Manager where necessary. - Monitoring, support and maintenance of the London Network Appliance Filer installation including the McAfee On Access scanning Servers, ensuring they are kept fully operational and in full compliance with all aspects of Information Security and Operational Standards at all times, escalating any exceptions/issues to the EMEA Wintel Infrastructure Manager where necessary. - Ensure that all Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests and Problem Management tickets that are received from the Wintel SA teams throughout EMEA are processed promptly and effectively and that the customer is kept constantly updated with the status of their requests/problems on a daily basis. - Provide technical support to all EMEA Wintel SA teams within agreed service standards ensuring that all relevant parties are kept advised of progress. - Coordinate the deployment of all Wintel software packages (End of Life and Vulnerability) with the Wintel SA teams throughout the EMEA region, ensuring that all devices are remediate within
