Each filter will reduce the number of applications delivered to you and save you the time and expense of sorting through applications.

There are 16 filters to choose from including:
Relocation Will the candidate be willing to relocate?
Security Clearance What level of clearance does the candidate have?
Years of residency How long has the candidate been living in the country?
Days prepared to work Is the candidate prepared to work weekends?
Hours prepared to work Is the candidate prepared to work outside normal business hours?
Valid Driving License Does the candidate hold a valid driving license?
IT Skills Does the candidate have the required experience?
Language What is the candidate's first language?
Education Level What level of education has the candidate reached?
General Skills What suitable skills does the candidate possess?
IT Positions Has the candidate worked in IT before?
General Positions Has the candidate worked before?
Past Convictions Does the candidate have previous criminal convictions?
Do You Smoke Is the candidate a smoker?
Eligibility Is the candidate Eligible to work?
Registered Nurse Is the candidate a registered Nurse?

With P4P you are in charge of the budget. We provide you with information on the amount we charge per application, simply specify a salary and decide how many applications you would like to receive.

Use our simple application form builder for your posting, you can choose from 16 candidate screening questions, as well as add other questions from the extensive library.
Once the screening questions are active they will filter out unsuitable candidates. Candidates must answer your questions correctly for their applications to pass through your filter.
Use as many screening questions as you like, each one reduces your workload of sifting through and discarding unsuitable candidates.
We charge for each filter question and show you the cost of these qualifying questions as you build the application form. You only pay for the number of qualified applications actually delivered that meets your requirements.

One last check before you post the job - then sit back and watch qualified applications roll in. It’s as easy as that!

Once the job is live, you are able to edit the content of the posting through the P4P Advert Manager. The job will automatically be removed once you receive the number of qualified applications you specify – but you can remove the posting sooner if needed.
