For the moment we are in need of the following combination of languages: Italian/English/Dutch As an Technical Help desk Agent your tasks will be: Incident handling: In busy hours registration of all incoming incidents (telephone, fax, e-mail) in to the call database Use scripts and available resources to solve the incident (for example: advice, remote control and knowledge database) Dispatching to supporting resolution groups. Case management: Check, update and close resolved calls Chase calls that are at risk of running out of SLA Knowledge DB: Use and give input for Knowledge Database updates (improvements on existing items or suggestions for new items) Process DB: Use and give input for Process updates (improvements on existing items or suggestions for new items) Quality: Accurate case logging: concrete and detailed description of symptoms, all troubleshooting information and solution or request (when case need dispatching). Professional telephone behaviour.
