FLIGHT CO-ORDINATOR - TOUR OPERATOR

Our client, a leader in luxury travel, is looking for an experienced FLIGHT Co-ordinator to join their new offices in London. The role will cover the company's scheduled airline and ground product. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: IATA BSP Ticketing Ensuring fare rules are adhered to Liaison with airlines and overseas ground suppliers Obtaining and managing Tour allocations Ordering ticket stock Monitoring, recording receipt and filing of airline contracts Airline contract loading First point of contact for airline contract queries Requesting and monitoring company flight allocations, and entering onto in-house system Responsibility for special group bookings Updating staff on newly received contracts and specials Skills required as follows: Please note candidates will only be considered if they have the following skills: Previous experience in a similar role GDS trained, preferably Worldspan Excellent communication and letter-writing skills Superb accuracy and attention to detail A MUST 2 years minimum fares and ticketing experience In return our client is offering an excellent salary up to £19,710, plus company performance-related bonus.
