Vending Customers calls part of our helpdesk services, including: Broken/Faulty vending machine at customer site - Lost money of a vending machine user - Stock orders, to refill vending machines that are low/empty - Vehicle security tracking system calls part of our helpdesk services including; - Booking an installation of a tracking system - Raising support calls related to the service - Customer Service for customers. The helpdesk take the call, load details into the relevant system (computer data entry and following process/scripts) and then assign to relevant people to satisfy the call/request by type. We re looking for a helpdesk agent who will fulfil all regular helpdesk duties, taking calls, emails and faxes as indicated above and processing them. - Excellent, confident & friendly telephone manner - Excellent PC Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, access database) - Excellent customer service skills - Team player - Enthusiastic individual - Reliable - Previous helpdesk or customer service experience desirable, not essential
