To work in a Public Sector Office, providing a full secretarial service, such as preparing documentation using computer packages 7 audio equipment, must be able to manage & maintain a system to monitor 7 track progression of serious matters, dealing with telephone enquiries, arranging meetings, and producing minutes at external/external meetings, booking conferences & arranging travel. The suitable candidate must have minute taking skills, copy/audio typing skills, must be IT literate & conversant with MS Office packages. Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential, and the applicant must be able to organise their time efficiently.
