A very successful airline based at LBA is looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to provide day to day support to the CS Consultants/Administrator and the CS Manager. SKILLS REQUIRED Microsoft Office intermediate level. Analytical System orientated and investigation work. Communication Written/verbal. Communicate at all levels and situations. Team working and working on own initiative. Attention to detail. Working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Flexibility/Adaptability - Able to multi skill across roles and support the change management process. Problem Solving skills. EXPERIENCE 12 months customer service experience including Customer Relations. ABTA arbitration etc 2 years aviation and travel experience. Existing Supervisory experience.
