1st Line Support Consultant
Contract
My client is a busy Technical Support company who deal with clients all over the UK and Europe. The role will involve logging 1st line calls from customers calling in. You will be required to have a high level of Customer Service and the ability to deal with people at all levels. You will ideally have IT Helpdesk experience and 2nd Line Support experience with knowledge of MS SQL. This role is offered on a temporary basis to start week commencing 5th May.
