Strategic Insight Director (Level D) My client, a major player in the market research sector are currently looking for excellent, determined and experienced individuals to devise tactics and manage implementation of a divisional vision and strategy, particularly in relation to revenue growth, client service quality, delivery of integrated business insight and people development. This role is an ideal step up or side step of an experience Account Director/Senior Account Manager in the Market Research space (qual & quan) Responsibilities Internal - Revenue target setting and forecasting responsibility - Meeting and tracking revenue growth targets both at a total FMCG and High St. level and by service - Salary budgeting within The Companies process - Tracking and controlling salary budget to meet targets - Team responsibility in terms of recruitment policy, staff rotation, communication and retention - Communicates and supports the divisions Vision to the wider team - Manages staff resources as appropriate to client revenue and needs - Actively participates in Peer Group meetings - Participation in training programmes and team coaching session - Developing the full client offering the integrated product - Ensuring full co-operation cross site to maximise the penetration of our specialist and added value services and gain competitive advantage for purchasing services - Discover, encourage and develop the stars' in your team External - Leading the delivery of business insight to
