You should be someone who enjoys the challenge of working towards targets. As people buy from people you should also be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Office: The company has been running for 4 years and operates within the placement of Construction workers in the temp market. As a trainee consultant the company recognizes that it is important to be present at client meetings from a very early stage. You will therefore visit many prestigious clients ranging from small to large international companies You will be working in a male dominated office with nine other consultants. At present the company is expanding immensely and is recruiting another six consultants both graduate and experienced candidates. The Role: Working for one of the countries leading construction recruitment agencies the candidate will be of graduate calibre with a 2.2 and above. The role will need someone with some sales experience, preferably experience in the area of construction "repping", however this is not essential. You will be able to work within a team whilst working towards an individual target and commission structure. In a small company you will be more than just a recruitment consultant. This
