Permanent -Supplier Manager - MRICS, CIPS This exciting Property Management/investment company is seeking a safe pair of hands to work with their retail business units on supplier relationships To help in the development and management of procurement reporting. You will be key in helping in the development of procurement process & procedures. The main thrust will be the management of Contracts Database & approved supplier base. Supporting the regional teams in procurement related matters; you will have involvement in procurement related project initiatives, including tender exercises. You have to have a personable manner as you will be liaising with both internal & external customers ensuring that you raise and maintain customer service perceptions of this professional service. Ideally you will have experience in procurement or a buying related role & have excellent written & numerical skills. It is a prerequisite that you show competence with data & it's manipulation-Computer literate in MS Office software. It would be a bonus if you had either MRICS or CIPS & experience of Outsourcing preferably in the Property sector with an understating of Health and Safety legislation.
