IT Support Analyst, 1st 2nd and 3rd line support IT Specialist company are seeking an IT Support Analyst with experience in providing day to day support of IT and telephone systems and to ensure their delivery to staff. Ensure 1st, 2nd and eventually 3rd line support to all IT Infrastructure components and user base. To provide an escalation channel for all technical issues. You will need to monitor, record and report IT problems and solutions using Richmond Support desk. Ideally the right candidate would have a degree and some experience in the skills stated below. You will be required to have some knowledge in Windows 2000/2003/XP, Exchange 2000/2003, IIS, Internet and Intranet technologies, Sophos Anti virus, MessageLabs, Scansafe, Shavlik Patch management, Internet Explorer, Windows mobile devices and Veritas backups.
