Bar Manager

We have only one position available this summer, therefore competition is extremely high. Please only apply if you are available all season from beginning of May until October 2007. This position is based in our resort of San Lucianu in Corsica, France and involves running 2 hotel bars (beach and lounge bar) and managing a Head Bar person and team of bar staff. This challenging role involves all aspects of bar management, cash and stock control, bar presentation, marketing and staff management. Participating in evening entertainments and regular Duty Manager shifts. You will be able to take advantage of the varied hotel facilities including watersports, tennis, swimming pools and beach as well as being provided with: Return travel Shared Accommodation All meals Uniform Medical Insurance Discounted drinks Weekly wage of £120 per week The successful applicant will be able to show a passion for bar management and must have a considerable amount of bar management experience. You will have a proven track record of managing bars and successfully managing a team of staff. Experience in a similar role in the travel industry would be advantageous.
