Deputy Restaurant Manager - High Profile/Volume - Branded Restaurant & Bar - site Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The Role As Deputy Restaurant Manager you will be working very closely with the General Manager you will develop and train your team to deliver great service and create and excellent environment both to work in and for the guests. You will run shifts and be responsible for the entire site in the absence of the GM. When deputising you will be expected to maintain the standards and quality of the restaurant while exercising control of financial, stock and personal matters. You will be continuously trained and mentored with the potential to progress within the brand to General Management. The Person Ability to converse clearly with guests and colleagues at all levels. Have Management experience. Able to fluently read instructional and procedural manuals and documentation Numerate to a reasonable level in order to complete daily financial activities. Good man-management skills A minimum of 12 months Management experience
