Advertising Telephone Sales Executive - Croydon Basic Salary £19k + Commission This is a challenging, fast paced role which will suit somebody who is well organised with a proactive approach, is naturally hungry for success and possess a healthy interest in self development as the company will be looking to train and develop the successful individual to be promoted into a more senior position in the future. Ideally candidates who apply should have at least six months Media Sales experience and knowledge of selling Websites, but we will consider people from other sales backgrounds so long as they can demonstrate some good successes to date and have a genuine desire to work in the media sector. Primarily it's career minded people that are sought for these positions as the commission earning potential is not particularly high, but the company is second to none in the publishing world and is one of Those Names that anybody serious about pursuing a career in Media Sales would want on their CV. Salaries do of course rise markedly once a person has established and proven themselves with the company and as already stated, they also invest heavily in training and developing everybody that joins them whilst also presenting plenty of scope by way of internal promotional options for individuals to advance through the ranks of the corporate structure that is in place.
