IT Support Analyst, Graduate, Manchester Key skills: SQL, Oracle, Unix, Desktop and Network support, Windows, Exchange An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading organisation based in South Manchester. My client is a highly reputable and successful company and is looking for an additional IT Support Analyst to join an existing team. This role shall be extremely diverse, and provide a variety of different challenges and further areas of technical development for the right individual. You shall be providing internal IT Systems support, as well as working closely with a busy Helpdesk ensuring that customer issues are resolved within the agreed service level agreements. From a technical perspective, we are looking for candidates ideally of graduate calibre, familiar with SQL scripts and Oracle, as this will help you understand a bespoke software application. You will also be providing desktop and network support, so exposure to Unix, PC/Hardware break fix and general IT support (Windows, Exchange) would be highly advantageous. We are looking for candidates with real enthusiasm, willingness to learn new skills quickly, and to be able to apply yourself and take responsibility for to ensure critical tasks are seen through to completion.
