Construction Contracts Manager. Bristol. £58k-£65k + £5k car allowance + benefits + Bonus. My client is one of the top contractors in the country. Specialising in Design and Build contracts up to around £5 million across the South West. They are currently looking to expand their already established Bristol team with a driven and experienced Contracts Manager. You will be responsible the running of up to 4 prestigious commercial or mixed use projects worth around £2-£5 million from conception through to completion as well as liaising with your clients, Architect and engineers to ensure timely completions to budget. You will report to the Area Manager. As the successful candidate, you will be from a construction-based background, ideally at degree level, and will have a wealth of experience of a broad range of projects including refurbs and new build with a range of different clients simultaneously. An excellent communicator and leader, you will have experience of working well under pressure and to strict deadlines not to mention commercial acumen and have experience of managing a number of site teams.
