Project Overview: Lead Process Engineer within the Intelligent Customer project organisation managing the definition, reporting to the Process Responsible Engineer for the implementation and delivery of engineering work packages for the Box Encapsulation Plant. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, be an excellent communicator and have a proven track record in successfully managing engineering design package delivery through contractor organisations and teams. Objective: To fulfil the role Lead Process Engineer Contribute to client requirement specifications/functional specs/scopes of work Assess the bids and ensure programme cost and quality of delivery are in accordance with Project Engineering Manager and Project Managers expectations. Manage design contractors to ensure delivery of work packages in accordance with the project cost and programme commitments. Review design contractors deliverables to confirm compliance with specifications. Provide the necessary link between plant and Designer to ensure the delivery of work packages that complies with the client expectation Lead the development of engineering solutions on a variety of complex problems and projects to satisfy agreed client needs within
