Our client is a leader in the home improvement products market and is currently seeking talented and performance driven people to join their call centre sales team. Operating from prestigious offices in Waterlooville, you will be appointment setting for the field sales team by calling up leads from a variety of sources. You will be given extensive product training and ongoing support to enable you to reach your full potential in the role. Our client provides a supportive working environment that nurtures talent through structured training and development and rewards hard work with one of the best bonus and incentive schemes in the market place. You will be joining a leading and innovative organisation where you will be recognised as an individual and not a number. Candidates will ideally have previous sales experience where they have worked to targets. A good telephone manner is essential, as is an outgoing personality and an ability to build a rapport with customers. Ideal candidates will be self motivated and sales focused, with the drive to succeed. Candidates must be flexible to work at least three evening shifts between 5.30pm and 8.30pm Monday - Friday, and either Saturday or Sunday between 9am-5pm as part of their working week.
