ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR - COMMERCIAL PROPERTY - London Expanding 4 office firm with an open and friendly culture and a vibrant work ethic is looking for an Associate Solicitor - 5 - 8 years PQE for their London office. The purpose of the role is to support and participate in the successful growth of the firm's highly rated and integrated Commercial Property Team. The team offers advice and guidance on all aspects of property ownership and occupation, from simple conveyancing to complex, commercial sale and leaseback schemes, and development agreements; they act for a wide range of landlords and tenants in the public and private sectors, for both UK residents and overseas clients. The successful candidate will: - be a solicitor with 5-8 years PQE - be a team player with a track record in successfully generating commercial property and other legal business. - have excellent client facing skills - have an interest in property development, investment property, and property finance - have commitment and relationship building skills ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR - COMMERCIAL PROPERTY - London.
