SAP Recruitment Consultants with 2+ years experience of the SAP recruitment market are sought to join Consulting Point's rapidly growing Technology team and newly established SAP Team. We are a successful management consulting recruitment firm with a market focus on Management Consulting. This role will suit a tenacious SAP Recruiter who is seeking career progression in a growing firm. Suitable candidate will have knowledge and experience of SAP across R/3 and Netweaver and across Technical and Functional SAP applications. You must be target and financially driven and motivated as the OTE in this role will be between £70k-80k pa for experienced consultants. Suitable candidates will need to have a proven track record in hitting targets in a sales/marketing/SAP recruitment role. The role involves pro-active headhunting and you will need to demonstrate initiative in this area, as well as searching databases/job boards for our client requirements. You will need combinations of- potential, passion, enthusiasm, tenacity, dedication, drive and good work ethic not least a good sense of humour! Consulting Point offer a pre-defined career progression structure and best performing consultants will make Managing Consultant within 1 year.
