Customer Service Advisors - Call Centre Based - Full time - Permanent Only - £12,050-£14,850 PA. We are recruiting for strong call centre based, customer service advisor to work for a well established financial insurance company, based in Manchester City Centre. The role is to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at all times, through INBOUND calls only. You will provide either Motor or Home insurance quotations through the use of an inhouse system. You will take payments and send out policies to the customer. In addition to this, you may deal with existing customers and assist with insurance renewals and amendments. No experience in CALL CENTRE is necessary but you MUST have strong CUSTOMER SERVICE experience either through retail or any other role that involves CUSTOMER CONTACT. Full training provided.
