Unique Recruitment Resourcer/Account Management Role Bilingual English/German speaker required Basic circa 21k plus commission and quality benefits Quality non sales recruitment role based in London Our client is providing a managed service to a number of end user clients regarding the procurement of their contract and permanent workforce via their approved suppliers. They have a new exciting role to facilitate this side of the business for a talented resourcer/recruiter. The clients are based in English and German speaking countries and so an excellent command of both languages is essential. Expectations & Role Requirements 1. Working hours are between 9:00 and 5:30pm with flexibility required around client needs. 2. Occasional travel may be necessary to the sites of the clients and other members of the supply chain 3. Respond to all job requisitions from the clients and resource them within agreed deadlines with quality candidates and a high percentage fill rate Key Skills 1. Target driven 2. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines 3. Well organised and excellent time management skills 4. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing 5. Ability to use own initiative but know when to refer to others for advice and guidance 6.
