Job Details| Secretary | Contract | | Secretary required for 6 month contract within prestigious organisation. This is a diverse role providing secretarial support to 4 Partners and the Corporate Finance team. Duties of this role are as follows: General secretarial support and assistance including audio and copy typing, formatting, and proof reading corporate finance reports. Drafting corporate finance press releases for inclusion on Website. Producing Powerpoint and word presentations. Organise internal and external meetings, including travel and accommodation. Receive and deal with where appropriate both internal and external post, faxes and emails. Handle external and internal calls from both clients and our staff members. Maintenance of relevant databases including PMS, Company Controller, FAME reports. Filing. Reception cover. Candidates are required to possess the following skills: Proven secretarial experience preferably from a professional services background. Proven copy and audio typing skills (60 wpm). Proven working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Good written English especially grammar as well as accuracy and attention to detail. Flexibility & organisational skills must be able to manage and prioritise several tasks at the same time and be focused so work is completed on a timely basis and to deadline. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Accurate, methodical and a keen eye for detail.
