Part Time HR Officer - Commercial Real Estate Bank

A leading Commercial Real Estate and Investment Bank are looking to recruit a part time HR Officer to cover maternity leave to start in July. Main tasks: Recruit Secretarial, PA and support staff, work with Managers to create job descriptions, liaise with recruitment agencies, select and interview suitable candidates. Conduct HR induction meeting on first day & complete new joiners administration (registration with benefit providers/pension scheme, EE reliability) Collate & prepare the monthly payroll amendments & send to the Payroll Administration Company Update the DC & GPP excel spreadsheets with pension contributions/changes Reconcile the payroll pension contributions with pension spreadsheets Act as the main point of contact with AXA PPP re provision of health & travel insurance Register new members, additions, deletions, winter sports cover, check invoices & amend payroll amount.
