STR are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager for gas maintenance, installation and service provider. The role will involve managing contracts and tenders. It will also include liaising and negotiating with clients as well as building the company's profile through meetings, trade shows and seminars. The successful applicant will have experience working in a commercial role, within a business development environment and be able to liaise with major clients at senior level. The candidate must be familiar with the Overseas Journal of European Union process and have excellent presentation skills. Experience within the registered social housing environment would be an advantage, although not essential.
