Our client having successfully gained credibility within the clinical sector for sterile animal blood products, has diversified their product range to include the manufacture of ready prepared culture media and expanded into a new diagnostics division. The group will continue to grow organically, with further diversification into new and developing markets. They are currently seeking suitable candidates for the role of HR Manager to play an integral part within the Senior Management Team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, have excellent administration/communications skills and a knowledge of Sage line 50 payroll processing. Main responsibilities include: - Administration of HR procedures and policies. - Payroll processing. - Recruitment and selection at all levels. - Absence management. - Maintenance of personnel files and training records. Ideal candidates must possess the ability to work to tight deadlines through prioritisation and have the communication skills to liaise with employees at all levels. You must have strong man management skills, good attention to detail and be a team player.
