IT Support Analyst - Wolverhampton

IT Support Analyst - Wolverhampton. All rounder needed - 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. This role will join a service delivery team supporting a large (1,000 +) workforce in a professional but relaxed environment. The role will involve effective day to day support of a large multi-site network/user environment and offers fresh challenges in a cutting edge environment. To be suited to this role you will need to demonstrate solid experience in an IT support environment (experienced 2nd line support skills) with great communication skills, very strong customer service skills and be willing to support and mentor other team members. Technically I am seeking a strong background in supporting Microsoft products namely Outlook, XP, Exchange 2003, Office Suite, Active Directory, Server 2000/2003 and remote support tools. ITIL knowledge and MCSE certifications strong advantage but not essential. this role is mainly about desktop support but it will need you to have some work related experience of dealing with Server faults and administration - this will be Essential. Flexible attitude and willingness to progress career within the company will be crucial. In the first instance apply with an up to date CV.
