Planning Supervisor/CDM Co-ordinator - Well established Construction Consultancy One of the longest established Construction Consultancies in the UK is currently seeking a Planning Supervisor/CDM Co-ordinator to be based in their riverside office in Windsor and offering regional support within the South East. This leading firm of property and construction consultants, offering a range of specialist services, professionalism and niche expertise through their network of offices across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a Planning Supervisor/CDM Co-ordinator with significant experience to join their Health and Safety team. As well as being experienced in Planning Supervison the right person for this role will have: A full working knowledge of the duties of a Planning Supervisor, especially the issues of health and safety in the design process. A thorough knowledge of the Construction (Design & Management) (CDM) Regulations including the proposed changes to the Regulations. Several years experience in Planning Supervision/CDM and also full working knowledge of the construction industry including on site experience. Membership of the Association of Project Safety Excellent communication skills and the ability to integrate into and become a proactive member of a number of different design teams High motivation with the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and have good IT skills.
