Application To Application Integration Architect

Global Logistics client based in Bracknell is seeking a Global Application-to-Application Integration Architect with experience of XML Schema. The job purpose is to provide architecture, strategy leadership and governance of internal Application-to-Application (A2A) Integration; to define, manage, govern, and advocate the integration standards related to all internal A2A integration. Your key accountabilities will include: Application Competence Centre Implementation and Management involved in the design and implementation of processes required to support business demand, development and implementation of policies, methods, initiatives, processes, tools and techniques; Supplier Management, maintaining relationships with key suppliers; Competency Centre development; Providing leadership around tools, policies and standards to business units; Architecture Governance, participate in design and implementation of governance processes; Technical Architecture, project engagement, financial management and budgeting, performance measurement and benefits tracking. It is essential that you have significant experience in interface architecture, design and development; experience of definition, governance and adoption of policies, processes/procedures, standards, internal application integration on a global basis, and have knowledge/experience of XML Technologies such as Schema, Xpath, XQuery, XSLT, Integration Design Patterns and Architecture, SOA and MOM.
