Our Client one of the most successful companies in its field and have an extensive portfolio of both public and private sector customers and is a preferred supplier of central Government contracts, providing bespoke training and support to people returning to work and workforce development. Due to continued growth our client requires a part time Tutor based at their new office in Ramsgate to assist in the delivery of ESF contract. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play an integral role in the delivery of a contract. The Tutor role is working with long term unemployed on Job seekers allowance/income support. Working on clients job search training needs, helping them with CV preparation and compilation. Writing speculative letters, filling in and sending written/on-line applications and making sure that clients apply for predefined number of applications on a weekly basis. Preparing clients on specific job interviews as organised by the Recruitment Consultant. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, motivational and time management skills, and have the following experience Working with long term unemployed on Job seekers allowance/income support and a teaching qualification, eg City in Guilds 7407 or equivalent.
