We have been established since 1977 and throughout that time have been consistently one of the Top 10 IT Recruitment Companies in the UK.We are currently looking for an administrator to help provide effective and efficient admin support for one of Lorien's biggest accounts. As part of Account Administration Team you will take responsibility for obtaining documentation for placed contractors and chase all outstanding documentation. This includes obtaining signed copies of contracts, checking eligibility to work in the UK , reference checking and directorship checking on companies house database. You will also act as a main point of contact for contractors queries to the FirstPoint department. As part of the team you can expect to be the following tasks: 1. Receive and action e-mails sent to a group e-mail address. 2. Periodically archive contractor and client files for contractors whose assignments through Lorien have finished. 3. Produce, issue, amend or re-issue contract documentation as and when required. 4. Audit contractor and client files to ensure we adhere to our clients needs and requests and are fully FSA compliant. 5. Preparing accurate call off schedules for all new placements and extensions 6. Preparing Sales Forms in order to raise contracts 7. Updating Eureka Database Even though previous experience is desired it is not essential.
