Regional HR Manager - Leading Management Services Company Job Role - Regional HR Manager: This is a pivotal role within the region. The primary responsibilities are to deliver HR Solutions and improved business performance through the development of management capability and to implement the regional people plan activities. You will need to demonstrate an outstanding track record of achievement, with strong generalist HR credentials. You will be an ambitious commercially minded leader who will be comfortable operating at a senior level within the business. Main Duties - Regional HR Manager: - Participate in the development of the Regional Business strategy and translate it into a practical people plan for the region. - Ensure that the regional people plan delivers improved business performance through increased management capability. - Accountable for the achievement of the region HR measures. - Provide leading edge support and advise to the Contract Management Team. - Responsible for ensuring that the labour management processes are effectively operating across the region, analysing the labour spend and providing direction on labour measure achievement. - Provide ongoing support in Employee Relations, Recruitment and managing change concentrating on TUPE, liaising with external bodies, consultation, staff integration, inductions and terms and conditions. - Build effective relationships at all levels to meet and exceed operational objectives at all times. - Manage the salary
