Our client is a leading UK FMCG who are urgently looking to recruit an account manager that can integrate with their chosen Payroll company. Based on site, you will be responsible for liaising with their payroll provider, escalating any queries, incidents, technical malfunctions, complaints etc to them. The role is not a new one, however there is a lot of development to be done in terms of getting the SLA's/KPI's within their specified target area's as-well as helping resolve Legacy based inception questions from both parties. The role will be demanding and will require strong leadership skills to succeed. The position would suit someone who is currently an account manager with a technical focus as you will need to learn about the systems that the end company is providing. It would be highly advantageous if you had prior payroll knowledge/experience as that would help you hit the ground running. The position can be based at either H/O (Peterborough or Northampton) and for more information.
