Customer Services/Call Centre Advisor

An excellent opportunity for somebody who has previous Customer Services/Call Centre experience. The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers. These can be very general calls, but can also be calls that may need to be investigated and escalated to other departments. You must be able to provide 100% professional service to customers at all times. We are looking for candidates who are able to commit to a full time, and permanent position within the company. This role will be working for a head office who are a great company to work for, who also offer great perks and benefits.
