To provide high quality customer service and contact centre training and support to learners on Train to Gain and Apprenticeships. We are looking for a qualified trainer with the relevant occupational experience who possesses a minimum of A1 with Key Skills; together, ideally, ideally and L&D Level 3. You will have extensive occupational experience to meet the requirements of the Awarding Bodies and experience of GFWBL. Driving licence essential. Potential earnings of £26.4k after 6 months.
