ONLY Candidates with experience in a similar quality Hotel environment will be considered for this prestigious operation. The candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, with a good telephone manner, customer focused, providing only the best service. The successful candidate will be passionate about the industry, with impeccable communication skills. Working alongside the Front Office Manager & responsible for all aspects of the Front Office desk. Duties to Include: Communication between all dept Local awareness Assist in maximising room sales, with an understanding of hotel facilities & promotions Knowledge of hotel reservation systems Understanding hotel availability and the have the potential to ability to capitalize on room sales Able to operate a switchboard, dealing with internal & external calls Carry out all guests requests in a courteous & professional manner This is a fabulous opportunity from the start up, to join a lively team in a challenging & rewarding environment.
