Duties and Responsibilities: You will manage day to day operations Health and Safety for all clients, customers and employees Provide leadership and effective management for the team Liaise with the Front of House Manager to manage rotas and leave for the team Carry out regular performance management reviews with team members Assist in the development of the team by identifying training needs and maintaining training records in conjunction with Human Resources Ensure new employees to the team have a full induction and training requirements are constantly monitored Work in conjunction with Human Resources to follow disciplinary and grievance procedures including investigation] Retail and Customer Focus Ensure high standards for both Front and Back of House operations Champion customer service, dealing with enquiries, issues and complaints professionally and promptly Actively partake in maintaining positive relations with retailers Provide advice and support to retailers regarding security issues
