Position As a driving recruitment expert you will implement and strategically manage the roll out of the division across all current business locations. You will identify potential recruits, manage legislation, implement process and direction, develop marketing and advertising strategies, approach volume users, develop a sales process, build brand awareness and motivate and mentor the established and successful current team. As the role grows so will the responsibilities and rewards, with director level status anticipated should targets and expectations be met.
