TRAINING OFFICER

As part of the local operational team, you will co-ordinate the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates to enter our training programmes. This will be carried out through effective liaison with employers, schools, parents and other interested parties. You will also be responsible for your own caseload of NVQ 3 students through to qualification. Fully qualified in electrical installation, you will need a minimum of three years experience as a qualified practioner in a building services engineering environment. Any knowledge or involvement in Government training schemes and National Vocational Qualifications would be an advantage as would TDLB, D32 and D33, or L&D A1 Unit or 16th Edition (2381) qualifications. Although based from home, you will need to live in the Cornwall area and be willing to travel regularly. A full driving licence and CRB Enhanced Disclosure are required.
