Sales Manager/Call Centre Manager - Northamptonshire Our industry leading, rapidly expanding client are looking for a Sales Centre Manager/Customer Sales Manager to join their team. The role will involve being responsible for a team of Business-to-Business contact centre sales advisors, including their coaching to meet required service levels, targets and standards. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within a contact centre/call centre/sales centre environment, and a good track record of people management and development. Any financial services industry experience, particularly with banking or credit cards would also be advantageous. An excellent career path is available for suitable candidates. Apply immediately!
